I just gave her screenshots of the problem and told her "it failed". No more context or information like you would to when talking with a dev. Just what a consumer without technical skills could provide.

This was enough info. My agent fixed it and it worked.

After a failed attempt to pay with Shop Pay I decided to go with PayPal.

Interestingly the system offered me Google Pay but not Apple Play despite using Safari on a Mac. Obviously OpenAI is using chromium as the internal browser. Fun fact: xyx the founder of Perplexity spilled the tea last week. OpenAI tried to buy chromium from Google. Perplexity is using Chromium for its Comet browser as well btw. Another case of Silicon Valley irony. They all use Chromium to kill Chrome.
